sometimes we have to accept that the ones we love the most are the ones we need the most protection from

all my life hearing "this is the age of aquaries" lol i decided i am over it..anyone know what comes after that? lol

there is a warmth that comes from the inside that is from the heart, spirit, and soul ~ it is filled with much joy ~ allow yourself to feel the joy

one sets appropriate boundaries by becoming aware of boundaries that have been broken in the past & taking responsibility to not allow it to happen again

there is a inner strength that allows one to say to oneself what they need to say & hear what one needs to hear ~ it is a part of learning to respect oneself

trying to get to know someone without their consent does not create intimacy between two individuals; it is evasive, intrusive & says i do not respect you

let this wonderous day be filled with joy, love, happiness, and peace.

i need a safe place to accept me ~ accepting me is not about hurting you ~ it is about allowing myself to be me ~ the complete me ~ gifts and all ~

my inner quietness is where i get to know me; putting it here for the world to see is showing myself ~ i am not afraid of me ~ the whole me ~ the complete me
